I've taken 2 classes with Norma, once at FIT in New York and once in San Diego a couple years ago. She was using Polaroid film at that time. I was able to make some good transfers by following her instructions and using the Daylab printer, but when I try to use the Polaroid Land camera, the prints come out with a yellow tone and look muddy. Do you think it's the camera that's causing this? I'm using a model 240, not a top of the line like a 185 (which is so expensive? I would appreciate any help you can give me. |

The brief "how to" [that you offer] is helpful, but i am wondering what else i need to know. like an idiot, i tried the process in the same manner as the 669 transfer and everything turned out brown and ugly! My manipulated images resemble yours, although i have not explored portraiture and figure work as you have.
