Your work is very nice. I am particularly
interested in the polaroid transfer/emulsion transfer techniques.
I have struggled trying some polaroid 669 film and always seem to
get big holes and very smeared transfers whether I use wet or dry
watercolor paper, usually some Arches. Any thoughts? any help

For many years now my extensive artistic flare
has got the better of me and I have found myself
dreaming up interesting images and poses which I want to carry
through some day.
All are black and white nude pieces dealing with the concept of
using (protruding) bone structure
to create shadow while also reflecting light.
You're photography is beautiful along these lines!
... (...except you'd need to try a very skinny model some time
for the effect of the bones protruding.)
I am very impressed and I hope to someday find a photographer
with as much tallent as you have
... so as I can be the subject of my aspirations.

Your image "TWIN" most caught
my eye, as I felt it pushed and explored more than other images.
A lot of your work is very standard commercial nude photography,
though the market for that probably puts food on the table. Being
a young artist I am still struggling with the financial security
part of my work. Also, the transfer stuff is very interesting. I
am wondering which polaroid camera you are using to shoot with.

This polaroid transfer/manipulation is a new
direction for me...
I particularly like the more melancholy imagery that this
medium seems meant for.

My father is a Master Photographer with many
years experience.
Needless to say, I've been around photography all my life but
just recently have gotten into photography (go figure).
My interests have always fallen into fine art and graphic design.
You do not understand how inspiring it is to see such an
incredibly successful combination of the two.
I am somewhat familiar with some of the techniques that you use
but would like to gather as much information as possible.
I am very interested in trying some of these techniques in an
effort to unite my old love of fine art with my new love of
photography.
The technical side of art can be learned, but the creativity
comes deep from within.
You have an incredible eye for emotion, composition, color,...I
could go on and on.
.... These are the impressions that I get just from your website
(which is amazing in itself).
I can only imagine how incredible they would be presented in a
better format.
Do you ever speak on any of the techniques that you use?
From reading some of the comments in your guestbook, I don't
think you would have any trouble finding an audience!
I can't wait to inform some of my fellow photographers (including

I have long had a deep appreciation for art -
especially if it is aesthetically pleasing. However, years ago I
realized that I did not possess a talent to be able to create my
own art (drawing, painting, sculpter, et al). The impression I
had gotten of photography was that it was a "pseudo"
art form. I dabled in photography to release my creative urges.
Unfortunately, I found it was very tough work. I created many
technically beautiful images. But they seem to lack that
indescribable quality that categorizes them into art. I sought
another profession. Over the years, I have attended many art and
photo galleries. I would occasionally come across a photo that
possessed that quality. But it would be one among many ordinary
images captured by the photographer. However, upon encountering
your website, I have found many images created by you which
elicited this response. I find your gallery an incredible
collection. I realize having worked with photography, that not
only is it hard to capture that special image, but it is
incredibly hard work. Your collection is exceptionally prolific.
I cannot believe the number of images I find absolutely gorgeous,
aesthetically and techically.
I am very impressed. Once I scrape up enough, my intent is to
purchase at least one of your works. I don't know how you can
produce so much, in the quality and in the volume. Keep up the
fine work, and I will be watching. -Bob Gonzalez

Great Nudes! I too enjoy nude photogragy. I
have been
doing both male and female nudes in an outdoor
setting. I belong to a local nudist resort so a
shorage of subjects is no problem. I also find that I
can work much better if I also am nude at the time of
the shot.
